A meeting on improving quality and efficiency held by CCTEGIEC

On the morning of June 24th, the CCTEGIEC held a special meeting to convey the CCTEG's spirit of on-site work on improving quality and efficiency, meanwhile, assigned related tasks. Company leadership and department heads attended the meeting.

At the meeting, leaderships stressed the importance of improving quality and benefit under the current situation, conveyed the overall arrangement of the CCTEG on improving quality and benefit. Moreover, working requirements of the Group company in terms of ‘Three Confirmation Plans’, comprehensive budget, accounts receivable control, inventory taking, and contract performance supervision information system construction, etc are clarified. In the end, advanced experiences of improving quality and efficiency from Tiandi Changzhou, Coal Research Institute, Tiandi Shanghai, etc were shared in the meeting.

The meeting requires relevant departments to further improve their own positioning, earnestly study the experience of the CCTEG's advanced enterprises according to the requirements of the CCTEG's on-site work meeting of improve quality and efficiency. In addition, relevant departments also need to find out their own shortages by contrast, and formulate the company's improvement plan.
