The complete set of comprehensive mining equipment exported by CCTEGIEC to Russia successfully completed the joint inspection and acceptance

Recently, the complete equipment project for the small face of the Russian Larch mine, which implemented by the International Engineering Group of CCTEG,  completed the ground joint commissioning and acceptance work in Zhengzhou. This marks that the complete set of equipment has fulfilled the requirements of international shipment and is about to start cross-border services.

With the "start" instruction, the equipment was turned on under the preset order, the scraper conveyor started slowly with frequency conversion, and the shearer drum rotated rapidly. During the joint commissioning process, the joint work of the equipment runs smoothly with all functions stable. The rationality of the matching size of the three machines, the safety performance of each machine, and the technical data have passed the overall acceptance of the Russian team.

As a centralized export platform for safety products, coal machinery equipment,  and engineering services of CCTEG, we not only have independent professional teams on business, technique and sales, but also have a localized service team and spare parts supply system. According to the client’s requirement combined with the underground geological conditions of the project, a scientific and rational selection and matching service of the three main machines in a longwall working face will be generated. Based on the integration of high-quality equipment and whole process services from the subsidiaries of CCTEG (Shanghai Research Institute, Tiandi Benniu, Tianma Intelligent Control, Changzhou Research Institute, etc.), an annual output of 3 million tons has been reached successfully. CCTEGIEC will enhance the project tracking and on-site services, and strive to build the larch mine into a benchmark project in Russia.

In the future, CCTEGIEC will continue to build a service center and market information center of CCTEG for the coal machinery market in the Russian and pan-Russian area. Relying on the technical and equipment advantages of CCTEG in the coal industry, CCTEGIEC will commit to providing Russian coal enterprises with the whole industry chain services such as mine design, coal machine equipment and intelligent construction, and contributes to the development of the Russian coal industry.
